I have tested and verified this issue on Drupal 11.x version with Oliviero.
MR applied successfully.
Testing steps:
Step1 : Install Drupal use Olivero as default theme
Step2 : Add the breadcrumb block to the page or content type nodes.
Step3 : Visit the pages via the Mobile/Tabs
Step4 : Click the breadcrumb link and observe the outline highlight.

Testing steps:
As a logged in user, directly visit user/logout on a site.
The misleading text will be visible above the confirm/cancel buttons.
Test Results:
Logout confirmation form shows the appropriate confirmation description.

1.Add a link field to a content type.
2.The link field is configured with "Allow link text" set to be required.
3.Under Default Value, enter text for the "Test data for link".
4.Leave the "default URL" empty.
5.Save the field configuration.
6.Edit the link field and see that the default link text should saved.

The MR is applied successfully.
Steps to reproduce
Step1 : Fresh install Drupal 11 and use default Claro theme.
Step2 : Enable layout builder module
Step3 : Use Layout Builder from Administration > Structure > Content types > Basic page > Manage display > default > layout options
Step4 : Create Basic page from Content > Add content > Basic page and Save
Step5 : Click on Layout tab and you can find the spacing issue between Checkbox label and button.

Hi, I’ve tested MR 8893 on Drupal 11.x.
The MR applied cleanly.
Testing steps:
1. Enable the Navigation module.
2. Goto the module’s settings page.
3. Choose a custom logo from the logo options.
4. Upload a small logo.
5. Check the horizontal alignment of the logo in the collapsed toolbar state.
Test Result:
The logo position has been cantered after the MR changes. But there should be some space between logo and slider.

Create a few test pages.
Enable the archive view.
Visit the /archive page, and verify no "Read more" links are visible in the node teasers.
