📌 | Gin Admin Theme | Actions broken when using workflow transition form

I have test this issue in my local with the fallowing steps:

Step1: Enable workflow module
Step2: create and configure a workflow in /admin/config/workflow/workflow/TYPE
Step3: Set the 'How to show the available states' to 'action buttons'.
Step4: Add workflow field to content type
Step5: Set workflow field widget to "Workflow transition form" replaced with actions from the workflow transition form.

After applying the MR!480 the workflow transition form ID has been added as per the resolution.

Verified the issue on 10.x-dev.

Steps to be followed to verify the issue.

Steps1: Install and enable gin theme.
Steps2: Install and enable Gin toolbar module.
Step3: Applying the MR!42.

After The MR!42 _gin_toolbar_gin_is_active() move in a service . I suggest move this issue to RTBC

Verified the issue on 10.x-dev.

Steps to be followed to verify the issue.

Steps1: Install and enable gin theme.
Steps2: Install and enable Gin toolbar module.
Step3: Applying the MR!9.

Permissions was not there before applying the MR!9.

After The MR!9 permission for showing both the toolbar . I suggest move this issue to RTBC

I am not able to reproduce this issue in my local.

Scenerio 1
Step1: First I unable the gin theme.
Step2: Then Enable Gin toolbar module.
Step3: Check Ids in primary and secondary toolbar.

Scenerio 2
Step1: First I unable the gin theme.
Step2: Then Enable Gin toolbar module.
Step3: Applying the patch.

Using the both Scenerio but not get the exact issue. please share process to reproduce the issue.
If i am doing something wrong do let me know the steps or explain the issue with more detail so i can replicate it correctly.

I have test this issue in my local.
I am able to reproduce this issue in my local with the fallowing Steps.
Step1: Install Drupal 10.
Step2: Install and Enable Display Suite Module.
Step3; Install and Enable Gin Theme and set as bydefault.
Step4: Enable sticky action buttons in Gin settings.
Step5: And then Go to content type, Manage display and save.

Then I applying the #6 patch is working Fine not give any error.

I verified the issue, unable to replicate. Below are the steps followed to replicate the issue.
Scenario 1: Enable Content Translation Module.
Step1: Configure the setting for content language settings for content.
Step2: Create node and add some data and save.
Step3: Then create node in other translated language and save without publised the node.
Step4: And Then add some modification on translated node and save.
Step5 Then check the revision not have the pending revision option to deletion action only showing single row with current revision.

Scenario 2: Enable workflow module.
Step1: Configure the module settings for content.
Step2: Create node and add some data and save.
Step3: Then create node in other translated language and save with draft mode.
Step4: And Then add some modification on translated node with published mode.
Step5: And Then add some modification on translated node with Draft mode.
Step5 Then check the lastest node modification revision have the delete action.

Scenario 3: I have tried patch from #22 on 11.x but not applied then I applied the patch manually but not changes has been shown.

If i am doing something wrong do let me know the steps or explain the issue with more detail so i can replicate it correctly.

I have tried patch from #22 on 11.x but not applied and not unable to reproduce this issue in my local. please share process to reproduce the issue.
