I noticed that the dblog view was not showing the translation of the message for when the site default language was something other than English.
I think this was either introduced on #2015149: Replace dblog recent log entries with a view → or missed entirely. I was surprised not to find another issue mentioning this, so maybe I wasn't able to find it and there's one.

The change is currently missing an automated test that fails when run with the original code, and succeeds when the bug has been fixed.
