Remove useage of $(...).once, as it is removed in drupal 10

Problem/Motivation

That error kills all JS files that follow this modules' files.
There is a related issue for Simple popup Blocks module already: https://www.drupal.org/project/simple_popup_blocks/issues/3367595 🐛 Remove useage of $(...).once, as it is removed in drupal 10 Closed: duplicate
