Links to harvesthq.github.com/chosen are 404

I didn't open an MR yet because:

1. I'm unsure if the other match I found (in tests/fixtures/drupal7/system.php) ought to be edited as well.
2. I'm guessing other branches may need the same change, though this is my first time trying out GitLab instead of just making a patches, and it's rather late, so I'll figured that out later. 😅

Likely this is now won't fix, since we are focusing on branch 4.x and there the url works.
