The issue summary now lists 80 of the 110 issues tagged "stable blocker". I still need to go through these 30 → .
This issue summary is only about 20% done (I don't mean the work within the linked issues, I mean the list itself). Some of the issues in the Requirements section will get de-scoped and many more issues still need to be added.
