Update static prop source method names to reflect their stability

Overview

We have \Drupal\experience_builder\PropSource\StaticPropSource::formTemporaryRemoveThisExclamationExclamationExclamation and \Drupal\experience_builder\PropSource\StaticPropSource::massageFormValuesTemporaryRemoveThisExclamationExclamationExclamation but as we move toward stability those need to be updated to reflect their stability
