String validations:

Validation process is confusing / slow (e.g. #3309782: Allow download personal (unapproved) translations from Drupal Localize server to local sites → ).
Evaluate phpunuhi (https://github.com/boxblinkracer/phpunuhi), see discussion on Slack https://drupal.slack.com/archives/CDDHQ8LM8/p1684236185063329. Maybe not on Localize itself, but somewhere in the pipeline?

Search:

Rely on search index (e.g. Solr) instead of direct queries in database? (No issue yet)

REST:

REST endpoint ( #3292824: Provide a REST based API → ) for statistics + resurrect l10n_client.
