Check block list and placements

Problem/Motivation

Some blocks are already implemented (most likely in l10n_community). We need to check whether all the blocks from the Drupal 7 version are there. Also, are these blocks placed as they should (on the right pages?).

Remaining tasks

• Make an inventory of already ported blocks, and of missing blocks.
• Check whether these blocks are placed on the right pages.
