unfortunately no, this feature is not yet implemented. You'll have to use good old hooks to perform any bypass of a step on your conditions.

This is not working with instances that start with the Umami demo setup.

Unfortunately for the client, there is no contract between them and their service provider, so I guess we are definitely in the case you are referring.
