Summary of Notes

NEDA Booth at Vienna

  • Dan and Marine in the lead, assistance from Esmeralda when needed.
  • Finances carried by Greece, Finland, Netherlands, France, Belgium, and counting.
  • We need to figure out the total price.
  • Create shifts to handle the booth
  • Ideas for Animation at the booth

La_eu Update

  • Marine joins forces as organizational power and Architect.
  • All config split for the countries are going to be in the source
  • Kraut will set up pipeline
  • Can we centralize the hosting?
  • Kraut and Marine have set up French Repo during Contrib Window.
  • Lemberg will clean up the config split. Than we can start the regular updates
  • Greece and Austria are interested in using the code

Sharing other codebases

  • Splash Awards (Germany)
  • DrupalDevDays (Greece, got it from Burgas)

Elections for working group

  • Name for the working group: International Federation Working Group
  • Three global meetings with other local associations to have a global federation
  • Goal is to start meetings at the end of May. Working group starts in June.
  • Voting for NEDA seats in the working group → results need to be put in the issue. Announcement can be made with the names.

  • Drupal CMS Banner, might be with Lenny.
  • Contact with Nick Koger to get a generic Drupal banner
