This is a choice that has been made in DrupalCon Barcelona between the people that worked on this topic.
We though that all local association would not be interested in having SSO options and so we stated that we could add the module but let it disabled by default. - π§πͺBelgium BramDriesen Belgium π§πͺ
That could then be solved by creating a submodule? π
I was not part of the conversation, but just adding a module to the composer json and not doing anything with it doesnβt seem logical to me.
