Refresh interval does not initially load the block

Problem/Motivation

This feature works nearly perfectly with just a little issue. Setting an interval does not trigger an initial block load.
So if you set a high interval, say a full minute for example, the block is not loading until the first call of the interval, so not before a full minute has passed.

Steps to reproduce

Configure a block with a very high interval and see that it is not loaded initially.

Proposed resolution

Just add a proper block load after the interval is set.
