[Meta] Support SSO

Problem/Motivation

As a user to the website, it is convenient for me to have common SSO options, e.g. login via google or login via another service.

Proposed resolution

This issue will need two different solutions, one popular SSO solutions like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, ... and another one for the drupal.org SSO.

Those modules should not be enabled by default.
