Understood on the MR process, I realised after posting and reading a note that MR's were now the preferred methode, but time pressures prevented me from circling back.

Have tested this on a development site of ours and can confirm the patch applies cleanly and resolves the layout issues we were facing for multiple blocks of the same view on the page!

Re-evaluate and remove Radix, page crumb issue, Sector radix starter theme and the Sector install file entirely (had missed previously that the function call was actually commented out).
Running some purges on previous Radix stuffs, updates the themes to install as default favouring Gin over Claro.
