Provide a option to add attributes to the Group link output

Would it be possible to allow an extra field to provide the ability to add attributes on the link output?

We have use cases where attributes like aria-label or rel would be useful.

May be in a position to be able to provide some rough starter code for this if accepted, but looking around there doesn't appear to be any contribs that offer something similar.
