Change default date formats to NZ standard (#38)

Problem/Motivation

The date formats in the AdminUI use the Drupal default date formats which are US. Our editorial users complain about this :).

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

There are two solutions: switching the date formats in the AdminUI overview pages to Sector ones or changing the default values.
We decided to change the default values because the dates are used all over the place and its more consistent.
