Update views pager on logging page

Problem/Motivation

Paging on "Recent log messages" page is awkward and limited, and doesn't give visibility on total number of pages, nor quick navigation across pages.

Steps to reproduce

Visit admin/reports/dblog and check the pager. You can only move through pages sequentially one by one.

Proposed resolution

Update the view config to use a Full Pager.
