Apologies! Please add admin_toolbar and admin_toolbar_tools and view logs.
- ๐บ๐ธUnited States w01f
Seeing this on multiple sites as well, attaching screenshot of logs.
I am adding tags for the issue summary update as it currently says this happens on a "fresh install" but comment #4 contradicts that notion.
- ๐ฆ๐บAustralia sophron
In that case, add tags as follows: It is a fresh install with the contributed modules admin_toolbar and admin_toolbar_tools installed and where the issue is present only if admin_toolbar_tools is also enabled.

I'm experiencing the same after upgrade from 10.2.7 to Drupal 10.3.1.
The version of admin_toolbar I'm using is 3.4.2.After disabling the submodule admin_toolbar_tools of admin_toolbar, the error is gone.
After re-enabling this submodule the error apairs again.Maybe this error should be debugged by the maintainers of the admin_toolbar module.
Greetings - ๐ฉ๐ชGermany fvd
I have the same, fresh installation 10.3.1 php 8.3
After disable Admin Toolbar Extra Tools (3.4.2) It's gone.
After re-enabling the error apairs again. - ๐ฉ๐ชGermany Umac_de

Cannot confirm the disappearing of the error. - ๐บ๐ธUnited States r0nn1ef
I have the same on multiple existing sites updating to 10.3.1. If I disable the Admin Toolbar Extra Tools module, it goes away. After re-enabling the module, the dblog messages return.

Only uninstalling the admin_toolbar_tools module helps. Fix now committed on ๐ Fix access checks for bundle permissions to avoid triggering a config validation error Fixed is not helping, thus changing to the previous status.
Has that fix been released in a Drupal 10.3 version? Or did you test on 10.3.x branch?
- ๐บ๐ธUnited States alison
๐ Fix access checks for bundle permissions to avoid triggering a config validation error Fixed has been committed (backported) to 10.3.x, so it'll be included in the next 10.3.x release.
@junaidpv Are you saying you're using 10.3.x dev or that you applied that commit diff/patch to 10.3.1 (I think you can use this diff as a patch), and you still get the problem unless you uninstall admin_toolbar_tools?

@alison, My apologies for not carefully evaluating before reverting the status.
Yes that fix indeed solves the issue of generating tons of warning messages logged.
The site page loading is also very slow. I assumed the slowness was due to the generation of that warning messages. I tried that patch and found the site loading still slowly. But now I noticed that it indeed it solves warning message generation. Thus solves the issue reported here.
However, the site is still being loaded very slowly until I uninstall the admin_toolbar_tools module. I need to look somewhere else to solve tha problem.
