Use service autoconfiguration for all event subscribers

I've been really enjoying reviewing these tickets and getting to see/read up on how symfony works.

The test failure sure legit though to the change. Though not sure why it would fail? My understanding was the current way still work, this is just better solution.

It is already fixed in the issue:
