[meta] Priorities for 2023-12-06 release of Drupal 7

Added an Announcements Feed module backport issue (to consider) and few other issues.

And what will happen after the release of version 7.99 (2023-12-06)? It's just that the version counter is over, then it's only 8.00 =)

If nothing unforeseen happens, there will be Drupal 7.100 in 2024 at the latest :)

Adding a couple issues here to the Simple fixes

@bad.shape.guy I'm guessing your kidding, but regardless it will be 7.100 Each number in X.Y.Z or X.Y in this case is independently incremented. Same with when it was 7.9

Mounted shares are very often used in the file system, this patch is not enough in the kernel

The mentioned issue is still Needs Work for Drupal 10, so it is unlikely that it will be committed to D7 before it is fixed in D10 (as the patches seems to use the same approach). If this will be fixed in D10, then we can consider backporting it to D7.
