Fix redirect on close popup

The event listener was added to close the popup on clicking outside

I have tested patch #5 with "drupal/geoip": "3.0.x-dev@dev" on D10. it works for me.

In D10 I installed "drupal/commerce_google_tag_manager": "^2.0@beta" and applied patch #6.
I have tested the module and it is functioning properly.

I've used a negative margin on the "user-form-page" class to hide the scroll bar. This will enable the page to display a scrollbar when more fields are added.
