Remove 'core' key

Problem/Motivation

After updating the module to version 2.0.0, an error "The 'core_version_requirement' constraint (^9 || ^10) requires the 'core' key not be set in modules/contrib/copyright_block/copyright_block.info.yml" appeared when I attempted to run the "drush updb" command.
