I tested this issue on Drupal 11.X version.
Not able to reproduce.

Steps to reproduce-
1. Install address Display module
2. Create a address field and select the address display as a formatter.

I am not able to reproduce this issue.

Steps to reproduce-
- Install CKEditor IndentBlock module
- Created content
- Added content using CKEditor and saved.

Can see the same behaviour before and after applying patch successfully.

Followed steps below. But unable to reproduce an issue. The spacing looks fine.
- Install theme and set as a default theme.
- Add some articles and put comment after login.
- Check in comment section not looks good due to spacing issue.

- Add Greek language in /admin/config/regional/language

- Install Drupal with standard profile
- Create a user with the "Content editor" role
- Create a user with the "Administrator" role
- Edit the default "Who's new" view
- Remove the "Last accessed" filter
- Add a "User: Roles" filter and select both "Content editor" and "Administrator"
- Add another "User: Roles" filter and expose it
- In the preview note all 3 users listed
- Select "Content editor" and press "Apply", this filter works correctly
- Select "Administrator" and press "Apply", there are no results.

Issue is reproduceable before applying patch.

But after patch is showing an error. Hence unable to retest.

Verified the bug on Drupal 10.2.0 version. But I am able to see X button without applying the patch.

Verified this issue on Drupal 10.0.0. Unable to reproduce on this version.

However, also verified on Drupal 10.2.0 version - Issue can be reproduced here. But unable to apply a patch 3143105.28.patch as it's failing.

Verified and tested on Drupal version 10.1 and 10.2 for the GIn theme.
Not able to reproduce the issue.

Testing Steps -

Install drupal version
Install the GIn theme and set it as the default
Check for the vocabulary term list by user content editor
(Editor with "Access the taxonomy vocabulary overview page. Get an overview of all taxonomy vocabularies." permission)
Apply patch and check for the same

Testing Steps

Install drupal version
Install the GIn theme and set it as the default
Install modules Paragraphs and Hide Format info (former Allowed Formats)
Add a formatted with summary text field to a paragraph and select only one text format (e.g., Basic HTML)
Add another field to the same paragraph, e.g. a link field.
In the entity form, activate the options Hide the help link About text formats. and Hide text format guidelines. Specify the field order such that the link field is below the text field.
Edit a node of a type that uses the paragraph.
Result: no spacing between the text and the link field. (screenshot)

Tested for MR !386 on Drupal 10.2 for gin theme
MR Applied Successfully...

Test Result:
The padding issue with text fields in paragraph is not fixed; spacing is not added.

Verified the issue on Drupal 10.2 version.
The patch is applied successfully and the fix is visible after applying the patch.But not changing the status for code review and for more reviews.

- Downloaded Admin Toolbar module to reproduce the issue.

Classy base theme is now compatible with Drupal 10.

Steps to reproduce-
Go to Appearance in Admin Toolbar, when selecting sport theme as default then, showing this Error: This theme requires the base theme classy to operate correctly.

The issue looks fixed after applying patch on drupal10.

Hence, moving this ticket to RTBC state.

Verified that, the issue is reproducible. The Ckeditor Tool bar is Overlapping the admin menu

Steps to reproduce
1. Go to any node create/edit page
2. Switch to Full HTML format in ckeditor
3. Click on any component i.e paragraph or styles to make toolbar active .. Open dropdown and scroll or select anything in dropdown
4. Scroll down until the CKEditor toolbar reaches the top of the page.

Verified and tried to reproduce this on Drupal version- 10.0.0-dev. After following the steps, I was not able to reproduce this issue (Sharing Before and after results) but there is one CSS issue for which I applied the shared patch 3382874-6 mergeable which was applied successfully but I didn't find any difference after applying the patch. Shared before & after results.

Testing Steps:

Install adminimal theme

Install paragraph module

create paragraph type

use paragraph as Reference type in Content types Article

Go to the create node (/node/add/article)

Scroll to bottom and check Add New Paragraphs button
