Add some space in comment section

I have added space at the top and bottom of the date. Attached screenshot for the reference.

Followed steps below. But unable to reproduce an issue. The spacing looks fine.
- Install theme and set as a default theme.
- Add some articles and put comment after login.
- Check in comment section not looks good due to spacing issue.

Please refer the screenshots.
Verified on Drupal version 11.X

@asawari, Could you provide entire screenshot or check again?

I found this issue in Drupal 9 and I have checked in Drupal 11 as well. The issue is after the login and register button.

1. Create article
2. Add 2-3 comments to that article
3. View that article without login.
