Moved 🐛 Recipes are sorted randomly on Recipes tab Active to the could-have list. It's a slight nuisance but not a blocker.

Shipped alpha8! Everything we really wanted made it, except for 🐛 Package Manager validation is only necessary if the project to install is not already in the filesystem Active .
