Still dealing with family/health/hospital stuff but I went through the backlog to see if there were any others that may be candidates for this release and found:

🐛 ConstraintEdit form should load config without overrides. Needs review
🐛 Editing another user's password does not update reset state Needs review
🐛 Password policy table is not shown when user 1 has no roles. Needs review
🐛 Existing entities should be updated with the show_policy_table key. Needs review

Looking at those, I don't think any of them are impactful enough to worry about including them in this release, so I'll make a release right now.

Updated the issues in the issue summary to point at the new release. Ideally, the release would be tested to double-check all the fixes are still working as expected, but not sure when I'd have time for that.
