Advertise bulk password reset feature on project page

Please advertise inbuilt bulk password reset functionality on the homepage, to improve google-juice.

Searching for this functionality in Google typically shows other modules, and I went through the trouble of evaluating them, only to find out some time later that PP already has this feature!

For example:

> After a password policy is set up, administrators may choose to bulk reset user passwords by role.
