Add weekly granularity to views date sort

Merge request is updated to 11.x branch. It has a test failure though. Needs further analysis.

Test failure was a random error. Now working fine.

LGTM.

It would be a nice follow-up to refactor the switch() in query() to use a match() instead.

I've done it myself as I had an idea of how to handle the break and return -- 📌 refactor switch() in Drupal\views\Plugin\views\sort\Date to match() Postponed .

Even for simple issues such as this one, leave the standard issue template in place. It can be unpredictable what is discovered while working on an issue and having the template already in place provides a place to keep track of anything that pops up.

Seems like a reasonable feature request, the amount of code added is tiny and I guess at least a few people want this somewhere.
