Read many usability tests for Drupal Core. I notice no one to do a test for drupal with less permissions configs.

    I agree with #1, that there is not enough information here. And none has been despite asking nearly 2 years ago. Therefore, closing this issue.

    If there is work to do here, then either re-open the issue and update the issue summary or open a new issue and reference this one.
