We've found that the attached Symfony patch fixes the CacheWarmer regression introduced in 6.4.9.

At the same time, the beta version is very stable.
Beta versions unfortunately don't receive coverage from the security team, so a stable release would help there.
Is it safe to assume that Webform will not have a stable D10 release by the time D9 reaches EOL (in 3 months)?

A new 3.2.0 release is available that has the Drupal 10 compatibility.
You're right, the ownership should've been transferred 8+ years ago.
Unfortunately we've had a bit of a delay and will need another two weeks or so.
Brightcove is officially supporting this project so I think they would need to approve any additional maintainers.
Our current ETA for D10 support is March 24th.
Brightcove has partnered with Pronovix to maintain this project, so co-maintenance is not required at the moment. Drupal 10 support has been scheduled and should be arriving in the coming weeks.
