Allow other modules to alter search query in video browser for Brightcove fields

Adding a drupal_alter inside of _brightcove_field_video_browse would allow other modules to alter the search query.

In our use case, we've added custom fields on the Brightcove side, added form controls with a form_alter, but there's no clean way to alter the search query to take the new controls into account.
