PHP 7.3+ Support for Drupal 7 module

Problem/Motivation

Currently for 7.66 version, the module is supporting PHP-API-WRAPPER library 1.1.0. But as the lobrary has been updated to 2.1 to support PHP PHP 7.1 or newer, the current D7 version does not support the library.

A patch or a stable release to support new PHP-API-WRAPPER having support for php7.3+.
