Input lines which drupal uses to ask for emails must be LTR, as emails are "always" LTR. In theory they can contain RTL chars, but this will not become reality in the next few years.
Meanwhile, I attach this patch. I hope this is the only ovious place, otherwise just point me to the other places. They will get patched as well.
