Remove deprecated code from Access, Ajax, and Asset

There is a failing test. I did not review the MR.

Updated the fork, all tests passed

Two missing from here.

CssCollectionOptimizer and JsCollectionOptimizer can be removed entirely, just needs git rm. I only know this because I worked on the issue that added the deprecation, otherwise I would have probably committed without checking.

Those files are missing from the MR because ad62036ad402647a70ac already removed them a month ago. We can't remove them twice. Committed/pushed to 11.x, thanks! And apologies for the albeit brief confusion.
