Offering to co-maintain Link checker

Hello Team,

I'm interested in becoming a co-maintainer because I'm using this project and want it to be well-maintained.

Even though I started using this module not so long ago, there are some Issues I was involved in creating patches/reviewing:

7. https://www.drupal.org/project/linkchecker/issues/3432936 ✨ Create new revision when automatically repairing 301/unpublishing 404 Needs review
