The module View Unpublished is on the list, with an adopter, and a Drupal 10 issue that's been RTBC for 3 months with multiple users verifying the patch. Given that this was adopted, how to we go about getting the merge?

A client project picked up with https://www.drupal.org/project/restrict_by_ip → and I can't see any interaction from maintainers for many months.

We are trying to be more sensitive with our wording as not all projects have been "abandoned"... some maintainers simply don't have time due to a number of reasons and could use some help.
