Failed to add a patch with the help of Composer on my Drupal website version - 9.5.1, PHP version 8.1, and Composer version- 2.6. I believe it works with the previous versions of Drupal, not with the newer versions.

Reviewers should also check the changes make sense. For example, if a MR introduces a typo in a word, the status should be Needs work.
