Make exposed filters collapsible. This would make the page both more accessible and usable, and would reduce the amount of space the filters would take.

Per #15 this issue is for improvements, particularly making the exposed filters collapsible. The form elements are being addressed in 📌 Create smaller variations for form elements Needs work . So updating this to a task and updated title to clarify.
