Had the same issue, my API-key had 163 characters. Forcing the field to allow 255 characters fixed the issue in my case.

With the previous patch there was a mistake which made the title of the webform-element untranslatable.

I'm having a similar issue. When setting up a multistep webform the payment page is not shown, but I'm redirected again to the last step page and the submission is created successfully.
When setting up a single-step form all is working fine.
Reviewed and confirmed the patch is working as needed!
