"List of links" not working in 3.0

Problem/Motivation

After upgrading to `facets` 3.0, the "List of links" widget no longer displays the facets as a list of links as it does in `facets` 2.0. Instead, there is a hidden checkbox with a visible label and a link with style="display: none;". These cannot be accessed by tabbing on the keyboard, creating an accessibility problem.
