Mini pager need to be styled

I have created MR, the pager style issue has been fixed, please check and verify.

Hi Applied MR 31, The mini pager has been styled but it would be better if previous and next buttons have some background color as per theme.

@Rajan Kumar@2026 Follow the same colour scheme which is for the main pager. For that kindly apply the changes from the parent issue and style the mini pager accordingly adding screenshots of the changes from your and the parent PR. Thanks

Hi, I have verified the color scheme and styling of the mini and full pager with Dark theme and D10 version.
Now, it looks fine to me.
Attached the Before and After screenshots.
Can be move to RTBC.
