Drupal Starshot will come with a curated set of official, opinionated out-of-the-box recipes. For the initial release, we can only include the official Starshot recipes. Browsing contributed recipes will not be necessary for the first version of Drupal Starshot.
Even if we later allow browsing of contributed recipes, our priority will be to promote the official recipes over the contributed ones.
A user installing Drupal Starshot should be able to explore the official recipes, understand their functionality, and enable them for installation.
