Fix Views tests that rely on UID1's super user behavior

Worked on Pt. 1 mentioned in the proposed solution.

@adwivedi008 how come no attempt to fix the issue? See your commit was just to remove $usesSuperUserAccessPolicy variables.

Still don’t believe we need to declare a new variable for each role.

@smustgrave I was not sure about the permissions that's why I haven't worked on it.

Thought we didn't need the trait but it is needed so added back.
