Add typehint and possible update variable name for Validator related classes

Problem/Motivation

Follow up from 📌 Fix return typehinting for Validator related classes Fixed from myself

Also phpstorm is complaining that some aren't named $value, so maybe a follow up should be opened to add mixed and consider renaming to $value be opened? Not opening one yet incase I'm wrong the variables are fine.
