Problem/Motivation

In 📌 Update dependencies for Drupal 10.1/Add deprecation silencer on Drupal 10.0 Fixed we skipped the deprecation notice that ResetInterface::reset() would have a return type in Symfony 7. Now is the time to implement that return type.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Add the return type to Container::reset().
Remove the deprecation skip.
