Updating title to include name so it's easier to find.

Kirsten is super thoughtful and detail oriented. She started a mega update tracking spreadsheet that helped potential new maintainers to sign up for modules that appeared abandoned. In this working group she could continue doing that and more even more efffectively.

Big +1 for Kristen, she has been an active member of the community for a long time and would be a great asset to the group.
