[Meta] Release version 2.2

hmm - thinking about releases, maybe I should have committed ✨ Add support for Mapy.cz RTBC to a new 2.2.x branch.

Going to take a look to see what we can do about that now

About the versioning, we can just change this meta to "[Meta] Release version 2.1.3", if that makes things easier?

Honestly, I think almost everything added so far would fit into 2.1.3

The addition of the Mary.cz maps feels like a new feature. That should really be on a 2.2.0 release, and that then becoming the new recommended release

opentopomap.org would also be a great new feature in Leaflet More Maps, with beautiful topographical maps, though it needs a review to get included. Luckily, it's free, and requires no registration, as opposed to Mapy.cz and Stamen. Actually, they should all be fairly fast to review, looking them over.

PS. I mistakenly used 2.1.3 in my previous post, but that's the current release. So it should be 2.1.4 if we decide ...

Yes i agree that Mary.cz maps it's a new feature, but i think it's better add it directly to 2.2 and tag is as new features / bug fixes, otherwise we will create two new release, and it will be complicated for module users to update twice ...

Wouldn't it be great with a fresh Spring release? The last three issues shouldn't take long to review.

Does someone have time to review the last few issues at some point? Or perhaps make a fresh release, and then we can look at the remaining issues later?

Thanks @berramou that sounds amazing! If you have time for it, perhaps you could consider reviewing the last three NR issues? I think it shouldn't take too long, and they all add great value to the module. But if you prefer to release now, I also understand, and am just very grateful that you maintain the module.
