yes I decided to support drupal 11 mostly for testing purpose. I want to concentrate on drupal cms. I can readd drupal 10.3 but without active testing if that helps

What do you mean by "I want to concentrate on drupal cms"? There are still new drupal 10.x releases being planned (10.5.x and 10.6.x) and we're not moving to drupal 11 until it has reached sufficient stability.

We're requiring gin_lb indirectly through an install profile and that makes it hard to lock to a specific commit. It would be helpful to have some tags added to the 2.0.x branch so that we could lock to a compatible version.

yeah, if 2.0.x-dev could re-support 10.3+ I'd be happy to help with testing
