:one: :six: Booth. We typically have the booth for the duration of the event in Europe. We do need volunteers to staff and recruit mentors.
:one: :seven: volkswagenchick is currently working on revamping the First time contributor workshop. We have three slots for workshops and are thinking one slot can be used for this new version. Is anyone interested in giving the alpha version in Lille (It's 100% scripted for ease.)

:three: :one: We need to get some extra testing of the latest updates and how things are in the world of DrupalPod. We did encounter some technical issues at Pittsburgh
:three: :two: Does anyone have resources to test DrupalPod against existing core issues
:three: :three: Updating documentation for DrupalPod, thoughts? Volunteers?
:Four: :zero: Mentoring ticket equity - how do we ensure the process to which mentors receive tickets is equitable?
:Four: :one: Please brainstrom. The idea is that a free ticket can be a tool to help fold more mentors into the mix.
:four: :two: What requirements are there (before and after an event) to receive a free ticket? How do we measure fulfillment?
:four: :three: Do we limit ticket availability to one DrupalCon year? One DrupalCon every two years? Do we have the speaker at the workshops get speaker tickets?

Have one point person (liaison) at the DA for our team
Obviously, we chatted here about ticket equity.
Joi Garrett is going to work with the team about having a liaison like what Rachel used to be for us.
